Greater Noida ‘Independent House And Multistoreyed Flat’ Scheme Launched By GNIDA On 15th Aug 2012


Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has open a new housing scheme this independence i.e August 15th 2012. This residential flat scheme BHS-15/2012 has come up with 761 flats which includes both independent house and multistoried flats. Out of which 321 are independent houses and rest 440 are multistoried flats which will cost you in the range of Rs 6 to 91 lakhs according to the area of the property. The area of the property under this scheme ranges from 30 sqm to 250 sqm.

How To Apply?

GNIDA has authorized few bank branches to sell brochures for the GNIDA “Independent House and multistoried flats” scheme which includes Axis Bank, RBS, Bank of Baroda, ICICI bank, Canara bank etc. Below is a list of name of banks and there addresses where you can get the application form for the GNIDA flat scheme 2012.

The application form/ brochure will cost you Rs 1100 or you can download the application form from the official website of GNIDA i.e and attach a demand draft/ pay order of Rs 1100 towards registration fee in favour of “Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority” payable at Greater Noida/ Noida/ Delhi along with related documents.

Brochures would be available from authorized banks from August 20, 2012 (list of authorized banks is given above).

Scheme Opens: August 15, 2012

Scheme Closes: September 14, 2012

  1. Any body, how is the scheme? Location?

    From investment point of view. GNIDA reputation quality of construction.

  2. These flats are very costly as compare to market availabilty in same area. not able to understand why ground floor price is 33% high than 2/3/4 floor.
