Haryana Government Launched ‘Earn While You Learn’ Scheme For Government College Students

‘Earn While You Learn’ a new scheme launched by the Government of Haryana to engage needy college students in work in the office, library, laboratories and computer labs to make them earn.

Rs 1.30 Crore have been announced by the government for the scheme under which college students will be selected on merit basis whereas needy students will get priority for this program. This scheme has been designed to help students where they will get paid at the rate of Rs 100 per hour subject to a maximum of 6 hours per week per student for their services.

This scheme will be available only to those colleges where students engagement is required due to shortage of ministerial staff.
